I use DoTimer for that, though I limit it to my target and my fus target, otherwise when you AoE itan get a little out ofontrol.

Spreading the derailment. I've not tried Magrunes, I've been using this one. It's not too different from the standard one, eept it's
draggable so youan put it in a better lation on your reen, and it's more noteable when the runes refresh, partularly if you're running OmnC then it shows theountdown as a number. To be honest though, it's also partly bause I prefer the rune graphs this one uses.
